Community Cat Foundation is a 501(c)3 rescue in San Diego that serves as advocates for Community Cats. We perform trap neuter and return to save the lives of adults and kittens, provide necessary medical care, rehabilitate those in need, and find permanent homes for the ones who are adoptable. We have a small sanctuary for Feral Cats who can no longer live outside.
Community Cat Foundation works with cats who live in San Diego County. They may be abandoned socialized cats and kittens, feral cats, and some owner surrendered pets. We often assist local shelters and transfer cats into our program to help find permanent homes.
Our adoptable cats live in foster care and are listed on Petfinder.com under the Community Cat Foundation account. There is a link button under each cat that says “start your inquiry now”. By clicking on the link, an email is sent to our adoption team who responds to your request for information about each cat via email. An adoption application is sent to you, a virtual interview is scheduled, and then we arrange a meeting with the cat you would like to adopt.
Our cats and kittens are in foster homes so an appointment is required to visit. Please email or call us today!
We are open by appointment only as we need to coordinate the schedules of Fosters with potential adopters.
